How To Use The Index
There are two ways to check the regimental roster for soldier information. If you know the company that your soldier served in, use the company roster index to the left of the page. This will get you the most information quickly. For your convenience, this index to companies is located on each page.
If you do not know what company your soldiers served in, or if you want to browse the roster in search of a name, then use the surname index located below. If you see your soldier, follow the company (or in some cases, companies) link. This will bring you to the appropriate company roster. The surname index is also located at the bottom of each company roster.
The rosters show only service with the Seventeenth. In some cases the roster will show a transfer to a new unit. In the interests of time and space I did not include that service. If you desire the additional info, e-mail me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
